The Corporate Package provides the following:

• Premiere table seating for 8 people on the deck of the new stadium (upper deck area of stadium seating)
• Access to a shaded in-door VIP area
• VIP corporate parking next to the stadium
• 3 antipasto platters served throughout the day
• Complementary beverages on arrival
• Table service for any additional food and beverage orders (available through cash bar)
• Seating provides premiere viewing for both diamond one and diamond two.
  

Seating and Site Map
 

All tickets provide access to a full day's play at the ISF Men's World Softball Championships, including access to matches on both Diamond One and Diamond Two.

All tickets provide access to any seat within the purchased area.  Seats within an area will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Limited seating will be available for Diamond Two - all ticket holders are able to access this seating on a first come, first serve basis. 

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Ticket Use

• Patrons must utilize seating in their purchased ticket allocated area only
• Tickets can only be utilized for the day purchased
• Tickets are not transferable and must be utilized by the named ticket holder - ID may be requested by event management staff at any time
• Patrons are free to move around the event site and sit in grass areas
• All seated ticket holders have rights to diamond two seating on a first come first serve bases

Child Attendance

All persons under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. ID may be requested prior to entry.

A child refers to anyone under the age of 16 on date of entrance

All children under the age of 5 are free - entrance does not include a seat allocation and each child must remain on a parent/caregivers knee

Refund Policy

Season Pass

• No refunds will be provided for single days play cancellation

Single Day Tickets

• Tickets for another day will be provided if a total day’s play is cancelled and if capacity allows

All Tickets

• No refunds will be provided for partial days play cancellation

Smoking

ISF World Softball Championships is proudly smokefree.

Smoking will only be permitted within the designated area outside the event area.

Responsible Event Management

To enable the safe and smooth running of the event the Management will enforce the following:

• All patrons and their possessions may be subject to a search prior to being granted entry into the venue - Prohibited items will be confiscated
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or to evict any persons they feel are a disruption to the event or the safety of other patrons at no notice
• Official Merchandiser will retain the sole and only rights to sell and distribute sales on and around the event area
• No Alcohol will be served to minors
• A liquor-ban is in place in all surrounding areas outside the venue perimeter
• Clothing must conform to reasonable standards of decency and footwear must be worn at all times. ”Dress up” or clothing of similar style will be allowed at the discretion of the organizers. Where a dress code is specified appropriate dress must be worn
• Normal New Zealand Laws are abided by and Management will assist the police where required.

Prohibited Items

No prohibited item may be brought into the event area including but not limited to:

1. Cans (including aerosol cans) glass bottles, thermos flasks, illicit drugs, knives and dangerous weapons, flares, fireworks, laser pointers, skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles or recording devices/ cameras deemed for commercial use.
2. Animals or pets, with the exception of guide dogs.
3. Flags, banners etc that may, at the sole discretion of the Management, be considered too large or contain profanity or messages that could be deemed offensive.
4. Open drink containers (including non-alcoholic beverages).
